What can I do if I forgot my username?
If you have forgotten your username, you
can perform a few simple steps to have it emailed to your registered account.
From the MySchoolApps website, click I forgot my username located beneath the login fields.
Enter your registered email address (your primary work email address). Then, click Send Reminder Email.
Notice an information message appears notifying you your username has been emailed to the email address you supplied.Login to your email account and open the email from noreply@myschoolapps.com.
Your username is provided. You can click on the link to login to the system.

Enter your username and registered email address (your primary work email address). Then, click Send Password Reminder.
Notice an information message appears notifying you your password reset request has been emailed to the email address you supplied.Login to your email account and open the email from noreply@myschoolapps.com.
You have two options:Click the link provided to reset your password. Enter your username, new password, and confirm new password. Then, click Save My Password.
Write down or copy and paste the rest code in the Manual Password Reset window. Then, click Submit.
What can I do if my District email address has changed?
In order to change your own email address, you must contact another user in the District Administrator role and have them change your email address via the Users admin interface.
How can I change my password?
You can change your password at any time by logging in and navigating to the 'Change Password' area (Home → Change Password). Please note the password policy detailed on the page in order to ensure that you create a secure password.
